Numbers can be misleading.
When you are looking at numbers, you have to look at more than just the final calculation. For example, when Babe Ruth hit 60 home runs in 1927, it was more than any team combined in the American League. The average team hit 32 home runs.
When Barry Bonds hit 73 home runs in 2001, the average team hit 180. Although Barry Bonds hit 13 more than The Babe did, he did it with 4 additional games in his season, and in an era where the most home runs had ever been hit in the League.
When looking at the numbers for buying a home or taking out a new loan, you have to be willing to look at all of the possibilities to see how the numbers can play out. It is not always about getting the lowest rate or lowest price. You also have to look at the potential gain based on historical data and how much you will pay over the life of the loan.
The reality of Babe Ruth’s story is that he also struck out more than any other player in the history of the game. We don’t want any strikeouts when it comes to our homes or our loans, but trying to be perfect when it comes to Real Estate can be a mistake. Crunching the numbers, and making sure they fit for your personal situation is MY expertise! I will show you various options that will get you in the game.
As The Babe once said, “Never let the fear of striking out get in your way.” You don’t have to get the absolute best price or best rate to be successful with your Real Estate. Let me help you get up to the plate and take a swing! Timely payments, patience, and the market will do the rest.
