While recently teaching my now 16-year-old daughter to drive, I felt compelled to remind her to improve how she actively looks over her shoulder when changing lanes. She insisted she turned her head sufficiently when we were driving together, but as the more experienced driver, I know that her quick glance of the roadway was not enough. My advice was to help her avoid an accident in the future.

As homeowners, we don’t always regularly put eyes on our mortgages and interest rates because we feel confident we can avoid any “accidents” just by making on time payments. However, you DO have access to expert advice on changing rates, and economic and financial data related to loans and real estate. Call on me: your personal real estate and loan professional!
